Wheaton College     Norton, Massachusetts

Committee on admissions and academic standing

The Committee reviews the academic standing of all students at the end of each semester and certifies good standing, assigns probationary status, or suspends or dismisses students based on their academic performances. It acts on student petitions to drop courses or waive requirements, and awards Wheaten Scholarships for January and summer study and post-graduate study. It selects College nominees for national and international fellowship and scholarship competitions and also awards Wheaton Foundation grants to support undergraduate research.

Students having business with this Committee are urged to meet with one of the Advising Center Deans before communicating with or petitioning the Committee to review.
