Facilities and Services at Wheaton
Residence Halls
- Dormitory housing for 1,200; some with handicapped accessibility, community bathrooms, lounges and laundry facilities.
- Three new handicapped accessible air-conditioned residence halls with a variety of room styles, laundry facilities, several meeting rooms and lounges provides housing for 200. These facilities provide excellent spaces for a small conference or retreat.
- Linen service is available upon request
Facilities
- Classrooms: 30 light, airy spaces that can accommodate 20-140 people. Most are equipped with permanent TV/VCRs or a variety of audio-visual equipment can be brought in. Most have flexible seating arrangements.
- Meeting spaces: Many varied attractive rooms for your every need. Can be equipped with A/V needs.
- Chapel: A 700-capacity chapel that can be used for musical concerts, speakers, etc.
- Weber Theatre: Fully renovated 300-seat air-conditioned theatre with state-of-the-art sound and lighting equipment.
- Hindle Auditorium: A recently renovated multi-media space for 200.
- Computer labs: Air-conditioned space with a combination of Macs and PCs with Internet connections.

Dining
Wheaton's Dining Services department, operated by Aramark, offers custom catering for your group, with options from clambakes to formal dining.
A variety of dining spaces are available, whether you are planning a large sit-down dinner, an informal gathering or an intimate dining experience. Meals, breaks and receptions can be tailored to the needs of your group, and dietary restrictions can be easily accommodated with advance notice.
Recreational facilities
Wheaton College offers a wide range of athletic facilities that include an indoor pool, fitness center, dance studio, lighted outdoor tennis courts and a one-mile scenic jogging path. For more, see our comprehensive list (pdf).
Other Amenities
- Campus Public safety with EMT-certified officers on site 24 hours a day.
- A bookstore that sells books, magazines, newspapers, office supplies, sports clothing, personal items and snacks.
- A post office located on campus. It daily receives incoming mail for all campus groups and participants. A U.S. Post Office is adjacent to the campus.
