Wheaton Initiative for Leadership Learning
The committee for the Wheaton Initiative for Leadership Learning (WILL) is a cross divisional working group comprised of staff, students, and faculty who have designed a comprehensive approach to student leadership development for the Wheaton College community. Some programs from WILL include:
Building Better Leaders Conference
This one day conference for leaders and members of student clubs and organizations is designed to provide participants with the confidence, tools and resources to successfully manage and sustain their clubs.
Beyond the Bubble
A mini-course for seniors preparing participants for life after Wheaton. This program includes dressing for success, etiquette of the business dinner and networking, mock interviews and employer critique, as well as evaluation of the program and celebration of completion.
