Melissa Camba, Assistant Director for Intercultural Learning
Melissa coordinates campus-wide diversity programming, including theme month and week events celebrating Latino/a Heritage Month, National Coming Out Weeks, Native Peoples Heritage Month, Black History Month, APIMESA (Asian Pacific Islander Middle Eastern South Asian) Heritage Month, and PRIDE Weeks. In addition, she advises all student organizations affiliated with the Intercultural Board of the Student Government Association. Melissa also provides leadership and direction for the Intercultural Orientation program and serves as the Center's webmaster.
Gerrie Morris, Administrative Assistant
Gerrie is responsible for all the general office duties for the Marshall Center. She provides budget management, support for the various programs including Intercultural Orientation, assists with events, and provides general support for the staff at the Marshall Center. Gerrie is also responsible for the hiring, training and supervising of student workers.
Raquel Ramos, Interim Associate Dean/Director
Dean Ramos provides leadership and supervision of the Marshall Center. She coordinates the services provided by the Center staff, developing appropriate resources and support for academic, cultural, and social programs fostering awareness and appreciation of diversity at Wheaton. Raquel collaborates with the Provost and Student Affairs divisions on the development of college-wide diversity initiatives and inclusion of issues of diversity across the curriculum. She also keeps a working relationship with the Advising Center and works with faculty members on students' academic planning and programming.
Ebony Williams, Program Coordinator for Intercultural Learning
Ebony coordinates campus-based women and gender programming, as well as assists in the coordination of the Marshall Center's general multicultural and academic programs. She supports the Marshall Center's operations by organizing and facilitating diversity trainings, assisting with Intercultural Orientation, and coordinating outreach efforts.
